1° What does the all-inclusive price include?

For 2 people, you benefit from one night in a reference room, a full buffet breakfast in the morning, a snack in the afternoon, non-alcoholic drinks (hot or cold) throughout the day, and access at the spa and the heated swimming pool, free closed parking, the possibility of renting bicycles on site, taxes included.

2° What is the capacity of the rooms?

These are for 2 people for better comfort without the possibility of an additional bed.

3° Are animals allowed?

Having cats, no other animal is allowed in the property.

4° Is it far from the village, shops, restaurants?

At 36 you are in the village of La Flotte, 10 mins walk (400m) from restaurants and shops

this is an opportunity to discover the charming streets of one of the villages voted among the most beautiful in France.

5° Can we come directly from the station or from the airport?

Yes, there is a bus line (line 3 B) leaving from the station and going through the airport which arrives 150 m from the house, or we can organize a paying shuttle on request.

6° What should I bring to enjoy the stay?

Your lover, that's all! We provide you with the rest: Food and drink, towels and bathrobes, biodegradable single-use slippers, organic toiletries, hair dryer and a super comfortable 160cm wide electric bed. Raincoats for the rare rainy days, backpacks for hiking and even a shopping cart to go to the market (!)

Oh yes, take a bathing suit!

7° What are the minimum/maximum lengths of stay?

These vary according to the seasons:The minimum is 2 nights from April to mid June except bridges which are this time in full, and for the month of October.

Then 3 nights from mid June to the first week of July and for the month of September.

Finally the months of July and August are 4 or 5 nights depending on the week.

To allow everyone to book the maximum stay is limited to 10 nights.

8° What are the swimming pool and spa opening times?

In season These are open at 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the swimming pool, (the rooms being around we respect everyone's calm) and 9:00 p.m. for the spa, (these times are shifted by one hour in the evening in April and October from shorter days).

9° What is the difference between Guest House and Gites or RB&B?

When you choose the guest room you have nothing to do, we take care of everything: towels, bed, cleaning, (large) breakfasts. We give you all the useful information to make your stay a success. .On-site services are possible (bicycle rental, spa, swimming pool, etc.). It works like a private hotel, the service does not include other meals if the table d'hôtes is not provided (case of 36 ). You share the common areas with the other guests.

For the Gites or RB&B you are alone on board, no other customers, so you do not have to share the spaces, on the other hand you must organize yourselves for your linen, your towels or your meals. No other service is provided.
