Check-in/Check-out

Check-in from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
On your arrival you will be given:

• The room key
• The key to your safe
• Wifi code and portal code.

Your breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Check out
Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m.
Don't forget to give us the keys!



The interior commons

Kitchen and breakfast area

The kitchen is used for the preparation of breakfasts.
The coffee machine, tea and sparkling water are of course available at any time of the day.
One compartment per room is reserved in the refrigerator to store your personal food.
You can however use this space to have a hot or cold drink at any time of the day and this free of charge you are in the "All inclusive" formula.
The use of the microwave is possible to reheat prepared dishes or salads, but you will not be able to cook.
All of these snacks can only be taken in the space dedicated to breakfast, this one being provided for this purpose, any other places of consumption are not authorized.
All the dishes used must remain in this space.
This space is non-smoking.

Living room
The lounge facing the swimming pool is available for a moment of sharing or reading.
You can have a coffee or a cold drink there.
Reviews, books and magazines can be consulted at your leisure.
You will also have board games and card games.

Wireless
This covers all areas of the house.
Connect to the ORBI21 or ORBI48 network
for the bedroom ""Les Amarres"".
The codes are posted on the desks in each room.



The exteriors

Swimming pool
The swimming pool is heated from May to September.
It is open from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Its depth is 1.40, we ask you not to dive there.
To prevent slipping, you can use the grab bar to get in and out.
Deckchairs, pergolas and towels are at your disposal.

Spa
The Spa is usable under your responsibility, it is available from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The shower is obligatory before accessing it.
Please remove the protective cover before use and put it back after use, thank you.
It is imperative not to smoke and eat in the space dedicated to the Spa.

Car park
You have 5 places in our private car park.
Be sure to park wisely for the good use of all.

Entrance and exit
A code and a remote control will be provided to you to enter and leave the property.
Two digicodes available (1 at the entrance and 1 at the exit).
Be careful the cycle path passes at the foot of the gate, the passages of bicycles are important in season and the cyclists often inexperienced….
Please close the gate at each passage for the peace of all

The bikes
Depending on your reservations, you have mechanical (4) and electric (6) bicycles numbered and allocated at the start of your stay.
Bicycles must be put back in their place in the garage at the end of each use.
Electric bike chargers are available in the garage if needed.
A check of each bike is carried out at the beginning and end of the stay.A deposit will be required in case of breakage or theft.

Rules

For 2022 we no longer take "vacation vouchers".
Payment will be made by card, bank transfer or check at the end of the stay.
